Your personal data is stored on the protected servers of our service providers, being accessed and used solely under our policies and standards.

7. Non-compliance or violation of personal data

In case of detection of non-compliance or violation of data protection, Temperbarómetro will notify the competent supervisory authorities, including the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), as well as the data subject.
